Recipe: Like Pizza, Only Healthy
Here’s another easy recipe that tastes just like pizza.
You will need 3 whole grain English muffins cut in half, six slices of tomato, and some shredded cheese.
You lay the English muffin halves in a baking pan open side up. Place a slice of tomato on each one of them. Then, spinkle cheese on each one. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit until the cheese melts and browns a little.
I would warn you to let it cool some before biting into it. The tomato will be hot. Honestly though, it tastes just like pizza.
